Business 2 Business Client: on-line marketing strategy

B2B Client: on-line marketing push case study

Client: Enigma Visual Solutions
Site: http://www.eni.co.uk

Objective:
Enigma specialises in exhibition stand design, event branding and graphics. The website did not have any coverage on the major search engines and especially Google. The goal was to increase coverage quickly to boost phone enquiries from the Web to a minimum of 20 per month. For a company with a high average sale value this was a good starting point.

Solution:
After an in-depth site review and keyword analysis we came up with a simple but effective strategy:

  1. As the site is non-transactional and no other advertising was being done, we set up a national phone number for the web only with on-line reporting. This meant that all calls coming from Internet advertising would be logged per phone extension. This would give us conversion rates per sales person and directly show us if our goal was being achieved.
  2. Then, within days we started with a keyword campaign on Google (or Sponsored Listings) as fast coverage was needed due to seasonality of the business.

Results:

With on-going campaign management and keyword review, the company achieved over 30 calls per month with a 2.5% conversion rate (from clicks to calls).

Client comment:
We have never used Internet advertising as a marketing tool before, and ebizpromotion came up with an effective strategy which fit our budget. The objectives we set were achieved within 3 months and then exceeded our expectations.
